Why Kama exists.
Amman's luxury market is full of promises. What it needs is proof. We founded Kama Properties to develop villas the way they should be developed — honest materials, disciplined engineering, and a finish that holds up to a buyer's closest inspection.
Our first development, Hima (حِمى), is deliberately small, and its setting was chosen the same way — a quiet edge of Amman overlooking a forest of trees. Building few lets us stand behind every square metre, and lets you buy from people who know their own buildings by heart.
